And you get paid for itThis is not a favour or a swap of contacts: every deal you pass on earns a commission. You help your client and you invoice for work you were doing anyway.

How it works

You send us the contact

A call or the form below. The owner's name and the address of the flat is all we need to get going.

We value it within 48 hours

We visit the flat, work out what it would earn let by the room and put a written proposal to the owner, with both ways of getting paid.

It stops being your job

Negotiation, contract, refurbishment if needed, tenant vetting and the day-to-day. From there your client deals with us and you never have to handle it again.

You get paid on signing

Your commission is settled once the deal is signed, without waiting for the flat to fill or for the first month to pass.
